How many files can I merge?

There's no limit. The only constraint is your device's memory, and a typical computer handles hundreds of pages.

Will the quality drop?

No. Pages are copied unchanged, text stays searchable, and images keep their original quality.

Can I merge only some pages?

Yes. Enter a range for each file, like “1-3, 7”. Leave the field empty to include the whole file.

Can I merge a PDF with a photo?

Yes. Add a JPG or PNG, and it becomes its own A4 page at its position in the list.

What if a PDF is locked?

PDFs protected by a password or an editing restriction can't be merged. Remove the protection first in the app that created the file.

How to merge PDF files

Merging doesn't change the content of your pages. Text stays searchable, and links and image quality are preserved.

1. Add your files

Drag PDFs into the box or browse for them. You can add JPG and PNG photos too, and each one becomes its own A4 page.

2. Put them in order

Reorder files with the arrows or by dragging a row. The Sort by name button helps with numbered files, like scan-01 and scan-02.

3. Choose pages

For each PDF, you can enter just the pages you want, for example “1-3, 7”. Entering “5-1” adds the pages in reverse order.
