01Compliance status
The listify.cool website is designed and developed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and the harmonized standard ČSN EN 301 549. These requirements derive from the Czech Accessibility Act (Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for products and services), which implements the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
02What we ensure on this website
In design and development, we follow in particular:
- Full keyboard operation of the entire website with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, plus light and dark modes.
- A semantic structure of headings, landmarks and breadcrumb navigation.
- Text alternatives for images and labels for form fields.
- Controls at least 44 × 44 px on touch devices.
- Reduced animation when the reduce motion setting is turned on on your device.
- Display without loss of content at 200% zoom and at a width of 320 px.
03Standards we apply in client work
Beyond accessibility, we base our design and development on these standards:
- WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 for accessibility.
- ISO 9241-210 for human-centered design.
- OWASP Top 10 and OWASP ASVS for application security.
- GDPR for personal data protection, including the privacy by design principle.
- Core Web Vitals for page speed and stability.
- Valid HTML and CSS according to W3C specifications.
04Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or videos, may not be fully accessible. If you run into a problem, send us the link and we will make the content available to you another way.
05How we prepared this statement
This statement is based on a self-assessment by the LISTIFY team, combining automated tests with manual testing using a keyboard and a screen reader. We update this statement regularly.
