Yes. We start with a code and access audit and tell you what state the project is in and what needs fixing.
From CZK 15,000 excl. VAT. We set the exact price after an intro call, based on the size and complexity of the project. If you sign up for maintenance for at least 6 months, we deduct the audit cost, either all at once from the first monthly fee or spread over the first few months, whichever suits you.
It depends on your plan. On Essential care, we respond to serious issues by the next business day. On Business, within 4 hours during business hours. On Critical systems, within 1 hour around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.
Response time is how quickly we get back to you and start working on the issue. Resolution time depends on severity. We start on critical outages immediately and work on them nonstop until they're resolved. Minor issues go into the planned changes.

No. We don't run hosting or servers. Projects run on Vercel (websites and apps) and Neon (databases), in the Frankfurt region for Czech and Slovak projects and in the region closest to users for international ones. We set up the accounts in your name and add ourselves as team members. Hosting invoices come to you directly from the provider, with no markup from us. We set everything up and manage it. We can also maintain taken-over projects on their original infrastructure or migrate them to Vercel and Neon.
Yes, with 1 month's notice. We hand over all access and code.
