Tick off what you already have. Don't have everything? That's normal. We'll track down missing access together, and an old invoice or an email from the vendor is often enough.

What an audit costs.
Prices exclude VAT. We give you the exact amount after the intro call and put it in the order. If you sign up for maintenance for 6 months or more, we deduct the audit cost.

We'll also run the audit if you're staying with your current vendor and just want to know how good their work is. You can hand the report straight to them. We never contact your vendor without your consent.
You choose how the deduction works: all at once from the first monthly fee or spread over the first few months. If we find out on the intro call that we don't have people for your technology, we don't charge for the audit.

Usually, yes. It's enough that you hold the domain or have access to the hosting or server. We then get the code straight from the server. You can transfer a .cz or .sk domain through a registrar if CZ.NIC or SK-NIC lists you as the holder. Whatever is missing, we document in the first few days.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any access is handed over. Only the people working on the audit get access, backups are stored encrypted in the EU, and if you don't stay with us, we'll recommend changing the passwords after the audit.
It depends on the contract and the license terms. In the audit, we check what the contract says and what access you have. We don't give legal opinions, but we'll tell you what to ask a lawyer.
We'll say so plainly and compare both paths: what fixing and running the system costs, and what new development costs. The decision is yours.
We find out the technology on the intro call. If we don't have people for it, we tell you right away and don't charge for the audit.
No. The audit report is yours, and you can use it with any vendor. If you sign up for maintenance with us for 6 months or more, we deduct the audit cost.
An intro call within 2 business days. We secure backups and access in the first few days, and the audit takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size of the project.
