Guide
How to choose a good domain name
Your domain is the address customers type, read out over the phone, and see in search results. It's worth giving it some thought.
Short and easy to say
Ideally 15 characters or fewer, with no hyphens or numbers. Try reading it out to someone and see if they spell it right.
.cz for the Czech market
Czech customers trust .cz the most. If you plan to expand abroad, get .com or .eu as well.
Skip the accents
Domains with Czech or Slovak accented letters are technically possible, but people type them without the accents. Register the plain version.
Watch the expiration date
You pay for a domain every year. If you forget to renew it, anyone else can register it.
