You do, for all practical purposes. Under Czech law, the designer always remains the author, but once you've paid, we assign you the right to exercise all economic rights. You can use, edit, sell and register the logo as a trademark, just like any owner. We also hand over every source file.
Registration is done by a lawyer or patent attorney, not a designer. We design the logo with registration in mind and recommend who to contact.
