UI/UX designer

About the role
We're looking for someone who cares that things don't just look great, but above all make sense and are a joy to use. No designs that end up in a drawer: you own the digital product, from the first sketches all the way to the real launch with our developers.
What you'll do
- Designing from scratch and improving what's there: You design websites, complex web and mobile apps and internal systems that save people time and stress.
- Workshops and prototyping: You run sessions with clients, talk business with them and put together clickable prototypes people can actually try out before anyone writes a line of code.
- Data and users: You test designs, watch how users behave and fine-tune interfaces based on feedback, not just on gut feeling.
- Design systems: You work closely with developers and build reusable design systems that keep visual and functional quality consistent.
Who we're looking for
- You have a portfolio you're proud of, one that shows you can solve real problems.
- You use Figma every day and know it so well that nothing slows you down (components, variables, auto layout).
- You have proven experience designing functional apps and more complex interfaces, not just pretty marketing sites.
- You have a feel for typography and clean layouts, and you notice the details that turn an average product into a great one.
