Performance marketer

About the role
We're looking for someone who can take a client's budget and turn it into real profit and leads. No throwing money into the void: hard data, precise tracking and direct ownership of client results you can stand behind. The role requires fluent Czech: you'll talk to clients by phone and run campaigns for the Czech market, including Sklik.
What you'll do
- Campaign management: You run PPC campaigns with real budgets in the millions of CZK across Search, social media and alternative channels like Bing or Sklik.
- Measurement and analytics: You set up solid tracking, from GA4 and Tag Manager all the way to final conversions, inquiries and revenue, so you can see exactly what's paying off.
- Relentless optimization: Every week, you analyze the data, fine-tune performance, test new things and ruthlessly switch off whatever isn't working.
- Direct partner to the client: You're not an anonymous agency consultant. You're the client's go-to person who knows their accounts inside out, picks up the phone and tells it like it is.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and you also know your way around Sklik or Bing.
- Analytical thinking is second nature to you: GA4, attribution models and working with data don't give you headaches.
- It's not a requirement, but it's a big plus if you know SEO or have B2B and B2C lead generation down.
- You have guts. You're not afraid to tell a client straight up what doesn't make sense in their campaigns and push for a better solution.
