Senior full-stack developer

About the role
We're looking for someone who can start from a blank file and turn it into a fast, reliable, working system. No warming the bench: you own the whole thing, from the initial architecture and data model all the way to production deployment.
What you'll do
- Building from scratch: You build websites, web apps and complex custom systems that actually make a difference.
- Architecture and code: You design solid back ends in Node.js/TypeScript, build user interfaces in Next.js with Tailwind, and keep the code clean (we use linters, TypeScript to the max and Zod for validation).
- Integrations and data: You design PostgreSQL schemas, build clean APIs and connect the app to just about anything, from CRMs and accounting tools to payment gateways.
- Infrastructure and DevOps: You make sure code ships smoothly to production. We build on Vercel and AWS, with Docker and automated pipelines.
- No red tape: No extra layers of management. You talk directly with designers and clients, agree on a plan and get building.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with React, Next.js and Node.js in production.
- You know PostgreSQL inside out, you know how to design efficient schemas, and integrating third-party services over REST/GraphQL doesn't faze you.
- You know your way around the modern ecosystem: you're comfortable jumping into Docker, setting up CI/CD or dipping into React Native now and then.
- You're used to seeing things through. You won't skip an edge case just because it happens to work right now, and you care about code review.
