Social media specialist

About the role
We're looking for someone who brings brands to life, grabs people's attention on the first try and isn't afraid to own the whole content mix. No boring corporate spreadsheets: creative work with a clear direction and real results. The role requires flawless Czech: you'll write for Czech brands and their audiences.
What you'll do
- Strategy and planning: You put together long-term strategies and detailed monthly content plans for a wide range of clients.
- Content creation: You write sharp copy with real punch and work in a tight team with designers and video editors to bring photos, Reels, TikToks and professional LinkedIn posts over the finish line.
- Community and campaigns: You look after people in the comments, build an active community and help launch paid campaigns that push the content further.
- Reporting and discussion: You regularly review what resonates with people and what doesn't, and discuss the results directly with the client.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least 2 years of real experience managing brands and profiles that grew.
- You can show us a portfolio of profiles, projects or campaigns you stand behind and are proud of.
- Your Czech is flawless, you have a feel for the tone of different brands and you know how to write a headline people click on.
- You keep up with trends, follow what's working on social right now and aren't afraid to try new formats.
